An ARC Invitation (and a Book That Came at the Right Time)

This past year has been full in ways I didn’t entirely anticipate—good, meaningful, and at times, a lot to hold.

Somewhere in the middle of that season, I was invited to work closely with Lisa Macedo, LMFT, on her workbook Life Reset: A Guide for Women to Recenter & Overcome Burnout.

I knew this book had value when Lisa pitched it to me, and I was right to follow my instincts. Even though my schedule was very full at the time, I'm so deeply glad I found time for this project.

There’s something about this book that feels different from many self-help books. It doesn’t ask you to do more. It gently helps you understand what’s been weighing on you, and how to begin shifting it in a way that actually supports your life.

As I worked through the editing and publication process, alongside everything else I was navigating, I found myself returning to this workbook—not as a task, but as a reset.

Now, as the book prepares to launch, Lisa has invited me to open a small number of spots to my network for early readers.

If this feels like something you might need—or something you feel drawn to explore—I would love to invite you to join this early group.

👉 Apply to be an ARC Reader

Deadline to submit: March 31, 2026

We’ll send you a complimentary PDF version of the workbook and ask for a thoughtful review.

And if it’s not for you, but someone came to mind as you read this, feel free to pass this invitation along.

Thank you, as always, for being part of this community. Tara
