This past year has been full in ways I didn’t entirely anticipate—good, meaningful, and at times, a lot to hold. Somewhere in the middle of that season, I was invited to work closely with Lisa Macedo, LMFT, on her workbook Life Reset: A Guide for Women to Recenter & Overcome Burnout. I knew this book had value when Lisa pitched it to me, and I was right to follow my instincts. Even though my schedule was very full at the time, I'm so deeply glad I found time for this project.
